Cheats Chicken Curry with Birds Eye!

Mummy entered the Birds Eye & BritMums #afterschoolchefs challenge on her blog but I wanted a go too and I think my meal is much better!

At school I always have hot dinners so I eat vegetables everyday there and normally I’m allowed to just have pasta for tea – I would have it everyday for the rest of my life if I could! Did you know that Birds Eye also make pasta – you can buy cheesy pasta in Tesco, we saw it when we went shopping. I wasn’t allowed it though.

We went looking for ingredients for me to make my own tea and bought loads of Birds Eye things (they had sent us vouchers), we got chicken chargrills, golden vegetable rice, potato waffles, mashtags, peas and sweetcorn. We used the chargrills, vegetable rice, peas and sweetcorn to make a really yummy cheats chicken curry. It had to be something quick to cook as now I’m back at school I have to be in bed by 8pm, even earleir if I want to listen to any Harry Potter!

Here’s how to make it!

It only took about 20 minutes to make but be careful because the bag of rice was very hot when it came out of the microwave! I ate it all :-)
